Are your products Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free? Yes all of our fragrances are Vegan friendly and cruelty free.

What Ingredients do you use in your perfumes? All of our perfumes are made from 100% organic sugar cane alcohol and are made with at the very least 80% natural/naturally derived ingredients, our La Sirene fragrance has a whopping 95% natural ingredients. We do not use harmful chemicals in our perfumes, we do use skin safe synthetics and they all adhere to strict IFRA guidelines and undergo lab testing before bottling! 

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction? Please discontinue use immediately, take a photo of the reaction and contact us here, we will assist you.

Do you do refunds/exchanges? Yes we do, please see our conditions below:

• Exchanges are valid for 14 days, after 14 days have past we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
• We can only exchange if items are unused and in a re sellable condition. If you have used the perfume or thrown away the box we cannot exchange. All items must be in their original packaging.
• We can only provide a refund if your goods arrive damaged/faulty or if you have an allergic reaction.
• Please be advised that if you're exchanging for change of mind you will be responsible for shipping costs. If items are damaged/faulty we will cover the cost of return shipping.

What should I do if my Bottle arrives damaged? In the unlikely event this does happen during transit, please send us an email and we will do everything we can to assist you, our email is hello@ondineperfume.com.au

How do I care for my perfume? You can keep your perfume in a cool dark place away from the sun. Exposure to sunlight can make your perfume go off and will make the caps discolour (due to natural material of caps) make sure you are using your beautiful perfumes within 12 - 18 months, this will ensure you get the most out of them!
